I lived here for a year, and would have signed for another year if I weren't transferring to another college. The floorplan was functional, and the apartments themselves were really nice. The only complaint I had about the buliding was the lack of insulation. The electric bills did get a little high in the winter, but nothing too extreme. And I could sometimes hear my neighbors through the walls.
I never had a problem with office staff. They were always pretty helpful when I went in there. Never experienced any maintenance problems. Had a problem with the toilet once, but that was quickly fixed by my roommate- we never filed the problem.
I felt safe in this community, which is a major issue for me being a young female. Well lit in most areas, and the alarm feature in our apartment was great.

PROS- nice "newer" apartments, good location, washer and dryer in unit, alarms, and most of the time they have pretty good deals going on.

CONS- lack of insulation, parking (mostly on the weekend nights) could be sparse, and high electricity bills.

Overall, I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you work on the northside because the location is convienient to all of Castleton/Keystone/Fishers/Noblesville. I have heard a few complaints about the office staff and maintanence, but personally, I never had any problems.
