As you'll see in other reviews below I'm not the only person who's had trouble with the general manager, Judy. Unfortunately you don't usually come into contact with her during the lease process. I never had trouble with the other staff, and didn't interface with Judy until the last few months. She is consistently rude, foul mouthed, and abusive to tenants and her other staff. Before encountering her I referred other people to live in the apartments, but I wouldn't do so any more, unless she were gone.<br><br>Be very sure you know who to get in contact with above her before signing a lease. When I had trouble with her I asked who I could talk to above her. I was told there was no one else. Not true! Sunlake is managed by Regency-Windsor, and the local VP to call is Gary. 594-5873
