Clean, manicured grounds. Common areas, outdoors and inside buildings, well cared for. Amazing staff! So friendly and quick to respond to communications, fix/complete work orders, and go above and beyond to make residents feel appreciated with monthly events and fun giveaways.

Everything has exceeded my expectations. I love how close it is to nearly everything I need on a weekly basis, even some within walking distance. I have been very happy here and plan to stay for a long time.

The district is a great apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They really care. The apartments are updated and contemporary. They are a little pricy but in comparison to other apartments complexes I would say it's worth it. I feel safe here.
