Love the location

Love the amenities!
I just transferred to an upgraded two bed. The staff was very helpful during the process and I love my apartment I just referred my friend to move all of the restaurants within walking distance. Having the pet wash is truly a life saver.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is very secure and maintained. I have enjoyed my time here so far. The location is perfect as it is I'm walking distance to shopping, groceries, and food. I really like it.

Eh the price with the quality of what you get/building has been questionable lately. It's been an interesting transition from when the property was owned by Thompson and thrift. It seemed a lot less corporate and issues could be resolved in a timely/personable manner

Nothing luxury here

Not good because of recent issues with water in apartment. Communication from leasing office/ maintenance staff is disappointing. Have discussed this with leasing office and there seems to be no real solutions. Contractors are involved but no real time frame has been determined.

Has degraded since new management took over. Fired the previous housekeeping staff. Bad move. Looks like a Frat party has rolled through. Staff is not what this property needs. Dirty and building up fast. Trash cans overfilled. Trash service stinks.

The mark is great location for the best amenities. You are in the heart of fishers and close to the highway. The rooftop pool and residential parking we're selling points for me. You almost don't need a car.
