Management is boasting about 97% of apartments filled, what they won't tell you is that they filled it with students. Fast becoming a "dorm" atmosphere, and the level of noise, traffic, and trash has gone up considerably over the last year. Parking is a nightmare, they're no longer enforcing their own rules as laid out on the lease agreements. There's trash and beer cans all over the place, and you risk your life trying to cross the roads. Also, they may be trying to sell the complex, as they've tried "sprucing up" the outdoor areas. Last summer they hired a paint crew to paint the outside areas and they did a sloppy job. Management thinks nothing of giving contractors (paint or carpet, etc) keys to every apartment and does not supervise them. That means that while you're at work, people you don't know are walking into your apartment. They also don't give you much notice when they plan on handing your keys out, if you're lucky they tell you the day before. They have specials to get you in there, but not to keep you. Rents are getting higher and higher, just like the amount of crime. Mostly petty crimes like breaking into cars so far, and there was a shooting last Summer. If things don't change, it will be as bad as Canterbury Green within a year.
