UNSAFE! READ!
I lived in Coldwater Crossing at 113 in 2008-2009. It was nice until I noticed all of the cars making drug rounds at night. I had to call the police because it sounded like someone was in my attic. The police came out but could not get a hold of maintenance (always hard to get a hold of that guy) so they broke the pad lock to the attic. SOMEONE HAD CUT A HOLE IN THE FIRE WALLS BETWEEN THE APARTMENTS. In other words, someone may have been peeking in my apartment and if there was a fire I was not protected! I did not feel safe at all in these apartments; especially after someone seemingly came from inside the apartment to rob us. Everything was still locked up. Also, someone was MURDERED while I was living in the complex. The studio is spacious; appliances outdated; there were ants. The utilities were very affordable and management was easy to work with. The problem is the other residents. I was six month pregnant (clearly showing) and I had a mexican guy making kiss faces at me and follow me half way out the complex when I would walk to work. Also, our carbon monoxide detector frequently went off. These apartments are in good shape, though. Decently priced for decent apartments. But I did not feel safe in this place one bit.Share This Review
