You will be wasting a hefty load of your money, for it is ridiculously priced. If you sign the lease to rent, you will pretty much sign over your soul until July 31st of whatever year. There's no getting out once you're there until your lease is up. It is supposedly "Student Living", but this is not indeed true; anybody can live there. Also, it is mandatory that you have a roommate. If you don't start off with one, you will be given one eventually. The complex does inspections every few months in which they have the right to go through your things in "your" entire living space. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors in the parking lot, hear the handicap vans beep every morning acting as an alarm at 8am every day, the basketballs bouncing on the courts from inside your room (hundreds of feet away and on an upper level floor), people yelling in the halls, Godzilla stomping around on the floor above you, and you will constantly have to worry about your noise level as well (even if it's just walking through the apartment). There are "courtesy officers" who patrol the place in the evenings after 11 to make sure you can't enjoy yourself outside. Room A will be the hottest room in the apartment in the summer, as well as the coldest room in the winter. The Club House hours are a joke. Prepare to pay the extra money every month predetermined in your rent cost but never get much use out of that facility. However, I will admit the staff is friendly and helpful.
