These apartments are cosmetic vs durability, electric bills in winter are $135.00 per month for 1 bdr 1ba 1 tenant, with thermostat set at 72. Which all office staff said, for that size apartment, winter bill should be around $70-$75, and summer around $30-35. The walls are thin, you'll hear water flow thru pipes from above, hear tenant actually urinate, hear w/d and shower. I felt drafts from front door and glass sliding doors, and wall outlets during the winter. There's no locks on screen door. Every closet sliding door was loose and improperly adjusted, I fixed them myself. Both recycle and trash dumpsters are filled way over every week, even had an older model big screen tv sat outside the dumpster for 5 weeks. The pond, which they call a lake, is drying up, just look at the sand bank. Furnace are the original ones, old ,noisy and outdated. There's breaker lock on of the breakers in the box, I assume when a multitude of switches or appliances are on/running at same time, it pops that breaker, I just haven't figured it out yet, and may be against code. Garages are $120 per month for 1 tenant, or $60, if you go in with someone. Plus rent, and electric bill, that's a $1,000 per month or more depending on pets, and size of unit, if unit has some so called upgrades. So,, make sure you ask a lot of questions, and get the facts, and drive thru there before making your decision. GOOD LUCK
