On move-in day my apartment wreaked heavily of cigarette smoke and management acted as if they couldn't smell it. Had ants crawling into our apartment from a crack in the ceiling. Maintenance was sent over to fix it and they set out food to attract them but didn't bother to move anything around which led to 100s of ants all over my bed and in my sheets. They then painted over the area as a "quick fix". Few weeks later it was raining bad outside and water began leaking heavily through the same crack that was "patched up" and ruined my tempur pedic mattress. Not to mention, the large potholes on the grounds which took 9 months to fix. Once they fixed it they left the area covered with large rocks instead of removing them. Along with that there are several mangy cats roaming around that like to sit on top of cars and hiss at those that walk near them. I've witnessed these cats go into the sewer multiple times. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies.
