This property is in dire need of help. Apparently corporate doesn't care about it because things just aren't getting fixed, rules aren't enforced, office staff constantly out and never answer the phone. Just so over this place and normally I don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience. First impressions were great but after moving in its went downhill and been going down fast. 1 - Fire alarm panel at clubhouse is constantly going off as is the sprinkler room in our building. Told office staff and they just say thanks. It's been months almost a year now and why hasn't this been fixed? 2 - Pool and Grounds : pool is dirty never is it cleaned debris is always on the floor of it, shower houses are disgusting, pool furniture is a joke and it needs to be replaced, tile missing from the edge of the pool. Dog poop all over the grounds, poop stations always overfilling with poop bags on the ground because maintenance doesn't take care of it. 3 - Lights : lights are out everywhere it's dark at night and office has been told about it I don't know how many times and they just don't care. Kids run around the property at night and just lack of supervision, surprised car break ins hasn't occurred or has and just don't know about it. 4 - Office Staff : I've recently went to take my rent to them and of course our water bill never came so I needed the amount. I called the office around 11:50 and no answer so I drove down with my check book and they were gone. Sign said be back at 1:00, I got back right before 1 and needless to say the 3 ladies come strolling in at 1:37. So it's okay for all them to take a lunch at the same time and not provide service to the residents? 5 - Internet / TV : they have some monopoly with Discernity in regards to this. The service is crap make you pay for it NO exceptions and it's mandatory. Can't get your own provider - we tried and couldn't. You call for service and they are rude and want you to do all this work which I know nothing about / if I call and say it's not working : it's not working I don't have time to run tests for you that's what I pay you for. Overall this place has gone downhill so fast and I must say I can't wait for our moveout which is in 5 months. This experience has been one for the books.
