originally applied to move in June 30th. Then a week later, in person with the property manager, we were told that we could push the move in date out until July 5th. So later that week we called to schedule that move in date and we're informed by the assistant manager, jessi, that the current residents turned in that key and we could no longer push the date out. That technically we should be forced to move in on the 28th of June because of their '14 days from move out' policy and that they were just being nice. the next week we came by to look at the 3 bedroom (they only allow you to see a 2 BR) and they said it was occupied. How is it occupied if they moved out several weeks ago? And if they haven't moved out, then why can't I push the move in date? It's outrageous. This office staff is uncoordinated and unprofessional. Needless to say we decided to not live here because of all of the games.
Thank you for your review. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication that may have occurred with your move in date. We would love the opportunity to discuss this with your further, as we always strive to make each customer experience the best that it can be. Please contact the Property Manager, if you would like to set this meeting up. We hope to hear from you at [email protected]
