We certainly do have turnover in our team members, however we strive to train each and every team member to do a great job for the community. If you feel that the property manager isn't taking care of your concerns, we always encourage residents to reach out to Flaherty & Collins corporate office directly.

Douglas Pointe Apartments is a beautiful gated community conveniently located in Historic Downtown Hammond and directly across the street from the Hammond Police Department. Our clubhouse area offers a newly constructed 24 hour fitness center for our resident use as well as a patio with fire pit and grilling section provided for nice relaxation after a workout!

I have been wanting to move in for about a year now but I am not use to apartment living. All of the reviews are older, has the noise and rodent problems been taken care of? When I viewed the property in person it was a weekday during school hours so of course it was quiet. I really like what I see but I would like a little more assurance that I will be safe and happy. Are any of the current (2017-2018) tenants willing to write reviews?
