Recent addendums have allowed for significant decline in the privacy of tenants. Management has now put in place a rule regarding visitor parking that demands the name, make/model, and license plate of the vehicle being driven by owners visiting the property. Yes, there is visitor parking for persons visiting for LESS THAN 12 HOURS, however, the parking is located (in most all cases) 3-4 buildings/lots away, allowing others to know your personal business; time in, time out, who visited, what they wore, carried in, WHO they visited in the building, etc. Any visitor for greater than 12 hours must check in and register. Those visitors who have not checked in will be towed. And YES, the towing company, ALL PRO is positioned in lots waiting for vehicles unregistered. This is not at all for the sake of safety of tenants. This is for a sense of control. HH management is not concerned about trash in the lots, broken bottles and glasses that may harm children playing, smelly hallways, non working machines/systems, or unsafe areas on the premises, but indeed have time to manage grown, rent paying, law abiding tenants?!?!? For those who wish to live as an adult without someone playing mommy or daddy over your shoulder, this is NOT the place for you!
