I like my apartment but I refuse to stay due to the unreal expectations of management company. They swear this is broad ripple. Let's be real they are definitely waaaay OVER priced. I lived in my apt for about 7 months and I haven't seen not 1 person move in. I am the only tenant in a 8 unit building. It's truly pitiful. Nobody is gonna pay a mortgage rate rent for old slum apts that has tons of make up on. The manager in the leasing office often plays god and is in everybody business. Sticking her nose where it shouldn't be and spreads gossip to tenants about other tenants. She is what all the tenants call the white "------" manager. She doesn't follow corporate rules
