I would not recommend moving here. You are responsible for all utilities and the washer and dryer in the unit adds 40 dollars. Rent is very high for the location and the units are ok but not great. The workers in the office are rude and act like if you have a question they are annoyed and bothered that you are asking. I would not recommend living here. The constant construction is very noisy and it is hard to have peace and quiet. I am counting the days till my lease is up because living here is a rip off. It was way better before the new management took over. My cost of living has went up over 100 dollars since the management changed and thats a lot for the average person.
