I Will Never Recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!!!!! Two weeks after moving in I realized that I had mold in my bathroom. So I called right away because it had already turned into black mold, a work order was put in. No one showed up for almost a week, and when they did I came back to the work order and the spot was covered in white paint(So who knows how they actually handled the mold). Three doors in our apartment was not even the right fit so they had to come back to replace those after the work order was placed for two weeks. No where in the lease does it state that you cannot have anything decorative on the outside of you apartment ( except lights and non patio furniture) but I was told that I would be fined if I did not take my doormat from the front of my door and I was also told that I could not decorative anything for Christmas. Last week our water was cut off for hours and I was not notified once. This apartment complex was supposed to be gated, the gym was supposed to be finished back in Aug.We were just notified that it will not be completed until December. The staff is disrespectful and horrible when it comes to customer service. I have a friend that lives in this complex, and back in July or Aug it flooded in her apartment and after a month she was still stuck in her apartment with mildew smell and carpet because of the slow response. When you go to the office they are very condescending. The police are constantly in this complex. I just moved to Indy but I am assuming that this might be a high crime area because the tenant who had just moved out a month into me moving in kept showing up around the apartments and finally told me that his apartment complex was shot up and that is why he left. Yes the apartments look nice from how they advertise it, but the details are not put together really well and overall they could care less about your welfare.
