I was so glad to get moved out of this apartment complex, when I moved out at the end of March 2018. The office staff was rude, disrespectful and lied constantly. Maintenance requests would be submitted and not completed, you would call or stop in the office to check on it. They would say they never got it or your next, days would go by. Resubmit the service request same thing. Management company changed 4 times in the two years I lived there, it changed again right as I left. Plus the new name, of 7 Pointe Apartments. They claim and are marketing themselves as SoBro or Southern Broad Ripple. Its a lie, they are about a mile south of what is accepted as the southern end of Broad Ripple and are atleast a mile and half east of the eastern most boundary of what is considered Broad Ripple. Save yourself sometime and aggrevation, dont even look at them. They are great at pulling the wool over peoples eyes with nice looking renovations but then you get in there and see they are worth $0.50 cents and they are trying to charge you $10.00 for them.
