There were a lot of things wrong when I moved. The bath tub was leaking and is supposed to be worked on. There was paint and glue all over the floors from the painters which I am still working on getting off myself. A lot of things were not finished like the molding under my hallway bathroom and the hallway closet. My dishwasher had a lot of black mold in it. It took them multiple calls to come fix that. There was a vent in the master bedroom which was covered by carpet which I had to point out and get fixed. There was unmatching paint on the walls. A lot of the problems I've called the office about haven't been fixed, only the ones they've deemed important. I love my apartment but it seems as if it was rushed to complete and they did not pay attention to detail. I feel like I'm fixing most of the problems myself. This is supposed to be a "brand new" apartment but there are far too many issues.
