Extremely unsatisfactory communication. People smoke in this apartment complex and the smoke gets pumped into my unit whenever I turn on the heat/AC. I have complained three times already and all they did was leave a note on each apartment unit door to "stop smoking." Terrible follow up, I don't know who else to ask if the office managers aren't taking care of this. The fact that I have complained about cigarette smoke three times in the course of two months is ridiculous! New management is needed if the current managers don't take action. I still am waiting on a work order I placed about plumbing because the tubs and showers don't drain since I've moved in.
