First I will start with the positives. The apartment is a great size, the layout is really nice, the staff is always great with helping you, and they are currently finishing on updating the exterior of the buildings. Now the negatives. The neighbors are always extremely noisy! Between the loud music, door slamming, and the CONSTANT smell of pot it gets really annoying! Also there is never enough parking! It is now a normal thing for me to have to park somewhere completely different because there are no parking spaces. They should seriously consider doing a parking pass for each apartment and make any additional cars park in the overflow areas! Also I do not feel that it is safe at all especially at night! The exterior lighting is always out and even when it isn't, it's extremely dark! Another thing, even though they have updated the exterior siding they have not updated the windows! They are completely shot and are pretty much useless! Also the apartments themselves are mostly original. Cabinets are old, really bad quality appliances, bathroom fixtures loose, and the furnace is ORIGINAL!! Seriously the thing never stops running! Overall I think it could be a nice place however, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done.

Thank you for your positive comments. We appreciate all of your feedback. If you would like to secure a parking space, please contact the office. You can rent a carport for $15.00 per month, ensuring that you always have a parking spot. It's especially handy during the snowy Indiana winters! If you notice that lighting is out, please let us know and we will take care of that for you. We are currently investing in stronger exterior lighting that will light up the parking lots and walkways to the buildings. Any issues that you may have in your apartment will be taken care of by our Maintenance Team, as long as you call them in. We can certainly inspect your furnace and windows and fix/replace them as necessary. I would like to meet with you to discuss the problems with your neighbors. Please contact me directly at 317-298-8005 or email me at [email protected] This is an issue that I can try to resolve for you very quickly. Again, thank you for the feedback! I hope to hear from you soon. Rachel Keough
