Aspen Lake's Apartment Homes

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from footsteps, slamming doors, even phone conversations and the TV. Not to mention the fan in our bedroom shaking from the people upstairs getting busy. Yea we heard all of their escapades. We lived there for 4 years and our rent never went up however when our rental house fell through and we filled out another app we were denied because of credit. I guess paying rent on time for 4 years doesn't matter. The only decent people there are -----------------. ------ is a ditz and doesn't know much of anything. ------ can only do so much because of the corporate office. They were hounding her during the drought for the grass being brown. The whole city was ordered to not use sprinklers to water grass. She was very distraught when we were denied because she liked us and didn't want us to leave. They tried charging us for a stove because they listed it as too dirty to clean. I took pictures of the whole apartment including the stove and have proof it was clean. In the end all companies are about making money. Thin walls are cheaper than thick walls. All they want is to lease an apartment. They never want to leave one vacant. I believe it all boils down to the management company which is based in California. On a side note maintenance is amazing. They fix problems quickly and always stay on top of snow removal.
