The positives of this property: Overall it's a nice looking complex, not too many buildings, hidden, great location near the bus route and 465. The property has a nice pool and club house. There is a small fitness center that use to be nice, (equipment is pretty new), but now it looks like trash. We have teens who use the fitness center for anything but fitness, (watching free cable and using the free WiFi). Management could definately better. She's a nice lady whose been here for a long time but really doesn't put her foot down or appear to take pride in the property. Ex- We recently had a bad fire that took out one of the buildings. This could have been easily prevented had our manager or her associates walked around the complex and noticed the large grill on the 2nd floor. Also she allows dogs on the property that are well over the pet weight limit. Other issues include the quality of residents we're getting. We've got parents who don't control their children, (writing on sidewalks, leaving trash in the community) or we have residents who bring their ------ family and friends in to visit, it literally makes you feel unsafe at times From a residents perspective it looks like our manager wants to fill the apartments with just anyone, (just to fill them)...it will eventually bring down the community as a whole. Final issue is the predatory towing that our manager allows. We had a problem with parking because of all the "roommates" that our manager allowed in the complex but then we found out that she signed off to have her residents towed- when parking became a problem due to all the roommates she let in. Not cool. The property is overpriced for the direction it's heading in.
