Everything thing we touch falls apart! I have requested maintenance to come, and they do come out however they do t properly fix the issues so its like it was never done I am still unable to use my shower in the master bath. See More

My family and I just recently moved to the Barrington and so far so good. Very friendly staff move-in process was quick and easy. The neighborhood is nice very close to St. Vincent hospital and Carmel.

Everyone from staff, maintenance, and neighbors are very friendly and courteous. We've never had a problem living here. Some plumbing/drain issues appear to be a problem, but maintenance try to resolve any issues.

The Apartments are ok but maintenance takes a long time to fix anything and they're greatly understaffed at all times and despite the long wait the problem isn't even always resolved because they aren't sure of how to fix it
