Community is very quiet, only expiercend a couple times where neighbors were loud. The landscape is kept up no trash laying around or any of that. Pricing is good on apartments as well. Everyone I have seen has been friendly and not rude .

Lived here almost a year and had no problems other then people leavin trash out in the hallway. Parking is decent, maintenance is quick to help, it's quiet most of the time, and my view of the lake is really pretty. Overall I would recommend.
