SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I want to apologize for the inconvenience that this plumbing stoppage has caused you and your family. We take our service to our residents seriously and providing the maintenance necessary to our residents is our number one priority. Initially, we contacted a subcontractor to remove whatever article was obstructing the main drain of your building a but due to a communication error between their office and their technician they went to the wrong address. The contractor was very apologetic to you and to us. I understand the plumber has now been to your apartment and the stoppage has been repaired. The contractor for the carpet cleaning was at your apartment yesterday to clean the carpet. I will be contacting you this afternoon to discuss the replacement of your shower curtain, towels, and any other items that have been soiled. I want to again apologize for these issues and promise that we will do whatever is needed to assure you that your decision to make this your home was the correct and best decision you could have made. Hello Ms. Willet, My name is Kim Burns-Lehman and I am the Assistant Property Manager for Carriage House West Apartments. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and allow me to personally apologize for the issues you are having with your apartment. I will be reaching out to you to discuss making repairs to your patio area once the weather allows such repairs. I have submitted a maintenance ticket to inspect your front door frame for any repairs needed. I will also help you find a more affordable way to pay your rent online. Thank you for your feedback. The incident you are referring to is absolutely tragic and a sad reminder that crime can happen anywhere. Please know that we take resident safety and your concerns extremely seriously. If you haven't attended one of our crime watch meetings already, please try to make the next one (date and time will be communicated in a community notice). This will give you an opportunity to meet some of our private security officers, who are all sworn IMPD officers, and to share any other concerns with property management. Until then, please know that you can call or come by the office anytime if there is ever anything we can do for you. I also want to assure you that we investigate all complaints and take appropriate action based on our findings. Our community is located just minutes from downtown and provides one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes.
