The management team at Cityview takes the issue of bedbugs very seriously as the safety and comfort of our residents are our top priority. I want to assure you that we have procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Cityview retains a comprehensive detection program which maintains the highest levels of vigilance. Our office and maintenance departments collaborate with outside specialists to perform regularly scheduled inspections. In the unlikely and unusual event a tenant suspects a problem, as you did, the area in question is isolated to determine whether a problem exists and if warranted, as it was and the situation is immediately remedied.

Hi Tasha, I understand that JC has been working with you to find a perfect apartment. WE understand you requested an apartment on the Northside of the building after moving in and currently we don't have one available. We will alert you as soon as one becomes open. We are also in the process of ramping up our staffing in the maintenance department here at CV. We appreciate your patience as they on board and go through training process. Lastly, We are hiring a new security firm that will have policing power, which means even those residents that partake in recreational smoking will be asked to follow the law. Hi there, Thank you for your post and making us aware of the issues in your apartment. We had an outside contractor come in and repair the leak and then the drywall. Your patients is so appreciated ! We are in the process of on boarding new maintenance and going through the training process, soon no more delays. I will personally look into these other items to make sure they are taken care of and reach out to you soon. We are welcome constructive criticism so we are aware of changes that we may need to make to better CityView On Meridian. We apologize for the experience that you had in regards to your vehicle and would like the chance to speak with you in further detail about it. We do have 24 hour security and cameras throughout the building which is great to have! There are maintenance situations that happen from time to time and in order for us to ensure they are properly fixed we have to shut off water at times. Dear Angela, Thank you for this post everyone has a voice and experience all of which are important to us, otherwise we would not know how our residents feel. Typically if you are a current or past resident it is posted as a "verified resident", that said, if you currently live here, it would be important to us to meet you, tour your apartment and find solutions to your post. We believe we have the best residents Indianapolis has to offer and many of our team members live right here onsite. We sincerely apologize for the delay in response. We hope you will find that his issue has been corrected. Due to a few internet issues on the property, our internet based phone system went out and had to be restored. Spectrum was able to assist us however, this caused our office to be without phone service for a few days. We realize that this can be frustrating and we genuinely want to assist your needs.
