College Courts at Nora

I have read the reviews (which are very few) and was quite dissapointed. I am a single 20-something female and have been living here for over 2 years now. I will say that there has been quite a change in management and maintenance in those two years and that I have heard that the previous management and such has been quite bad. I have never had any problems with my neighbors and always feel safe. The worst that has happened was someone bumped into my bf's bumper and left paint marks- but that has nothing to do with the apartment. The parking is not always the best if all the apartments are full, but the management has been trying to fix this problem and even towing broken down cars or those that are double parked.

I have had all maintenance orders filled very promptly- when my fridge broke it was replaced same day. My oven coil went out and was replaced within 2 days and that was over the holidays! I did have a problem with water leaking in from above and had to call several times because they kept fixing what they thought was the problem, but it turned out to be something else. The Apt Manager called me during this time to assure me that she personally was in contact with the maintenance staff to make sure that the problem was fixed.

Over the past two years, the residents have become more ethically diverse- so if you have a problem with that then I would go elsewhere- however I have not had a problem with any of my neighbors yet!

My only compliant with this complex is that they don't allow pets, however, I knew that when I moved in- although I wish that they would change it as I may be looking at a place that accepts pets- however, I haven't found one with the same great price, location, and safety of College Courts of Nora.
