I will be moving in this month, it seems like a good location. Parking is adequate. Noise? Probably just fine (I'll let you know in another review)
My impression is that these 1970-ish vintage apartments may need to be updated but for the price (740 dollars for 900 sqft one bedroom) you probably get below market rates for a Broadripple address.
I met the manager once and talked with her on two occasions. No complaints there, she's been helpful and honest. I appreciate her style, she acts like she's looking out to keep problems out of her building. I could tell that and I like that way of doing business.
OKAY, the area. It's a block from the Monon and two/four blocks from the Broadripple playground. I'm looking forward to my third childhood (maybe 4th).
I'll update later..
