When you pay all this money to these people, you would think they would stay consistent on cashing your check on time but no and they don't think they should or even care for that matter. Also the employees in the office have the most horrible attitudes I have ever seen in customer service. They are VERY sarcastic about everything when you talk to them. The owner is just as bad. If you call to get something fixed in your apartment, they ask you if it bothers you. Clearly if you are calling about something that needs to be fixed, then it does bother you. They also don't have maintenance come in a timely manor. They come in the afternoon when you are on your way home and they will be there when you get there. And nothing is ever really fixed before or after you move there. Point being, they just don't give a damn about their tendants.
