These Apartments are overall ok, I was excited about moving in as well, but as time has gone by I have realized how many things I don´t like about it. The main issue are the walls (you can literally hear everything your neighbor says and does) I think that is the worst issue. The maintenence is overall ok, but certain policy about lease renewals and things like that are not real flexible. I would recommend these apartments only if you are in short transition.
