This is the perfect place for a college student, a person thats struggling, or a person just starting out. The outside property is kept in an average way, not trashy at all. The inside is a different story. The foyer, halls, and stairwells need to be cleaned better. The hall washer and dryer are old and very loud. The walls are thin to. While in my apartment trying to fall asleep I could hear other peoples conversation. The walls are ridiculously thin. If you have a lot of kids or the money to stay somewhere else you should.
