I have lived at Hunters Run for almost a year, and have been very annoyed with noise disturbance, especially from my neighbors upstairs. The walls are extremely thin and I can hear my next door neighbors talk while I'm in the kitchen. The inside of the buildings are not well kept at all and the hallways need revamping ASAP. The office staff is very friendly and knows you by your first name, but a lot of times you can't get them on the phone. Maitenance has always been on point, and they always have someone on call. If you don't mind a LOT of noise, it's an alright place. Good price for a pretty big apartment. No deposit is also a plus.
