I put in maintenance request to get my AC fixed eight (8) days ago. My apartment is still 90 degrees when I get home. Maintenance won't return call when I leave messages. I tried to get the business office to give me a time frame of when it would get fixed. The lady refused to tell me how long it would take and when I insisted she give me a timeframe she hung up on me. My apartment is 90 degrees and I put the original maintenance request in 8 days ago. Is this how you want to be treated by your landlord?
