I had ask the maintenance to come in and repair a few things and only half of the order got done because they had to order some of the stuff a week and a half later I called the office because I was curious on how long it took to get in a new furnace filter and an outlet cover in and the office attendent inform me that he already had my request complete and that everything had been done. Told him that was impossible because i was told that some stuff had to be ordered and that I have it written down on a service request receipt. He then said he would go ahead and make another request and it will get done. Well when I got home that day there was a service reguest slip on my counter saying the outlet cover was replace and the furnace filter was replace with a new one. Well being the person I am I check to make sure everything was done and I pulled out the filter out of the furnance and there was dust, dirt, and mold all over it front and back. The next day I went to the office and the maintenance, manager, and leasing agent was there and they claim the filter was changed and they don't know how it got that dirty. So I had to put in another request for it to be replaced. Dont ever move in here. These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in.
