Staff is unorganized as they cant remember dates correctly even when their is dated documentation or admit when they are wrong. Seem to be con artist that want to nickel and dime you at any opportunity

We are very sorry to read this review of Lighthouse Landings. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service at all times, and we regret that you feel we've fallen short. We follow the lease agreement when assessing fees/charges and enforcing policies. When there is a discrepancy in dates when an event occurred, we have the ability to review our surveillance videos as a resource. The buildings are very quiet aside from the security door. Maintenance does a great job responding and fixing issues in a timely manner. The office staff are always available and super helpful. Love my apartment and the community!!!

Place feels like home. My only concern is when residents don't pick up there dog poop. Not sure how to fix this. There are dog bags, but there are often empty. What is a good way to keep dog poop off the grounds?
