I have lived here for five years in that time period my ceiling has leaked and it has rained all on my furniture in both my bedroom and my living room. I had a major hole in my ceiling due to the rain for six months, I did not take a picture of it because I was in school and too depressed to do anything about it. In the winter time my steps were so iced over that one day I could not go down the steps. It is very dangerous to go down the steps during the weather changes because the handrails are very slippery especially when it rains or snows. Two weeks ago i heard mice playing in my kitchen. I called the office twice to complain. One time the mice were squeaking and playing with each other for fifteen minutes. I called the after hours operator and she said she could not do anything about it. For the last three years I have placed plants on my steps and each time someone has stolen at least two of them. on the 16th of May my WHITE 2005 chevy was towed. according to the towing company the apartment complex called them at 11:11p.m. to have it towed. the towing company arrived at 12 midnight and illegally towed it away. I missed three hours of work and it cost me $150 TO GET GET IT OUT OF TOW.I attempted to talk with the apartment manager about the situation and SHE HAS NOT DISCUSSED THE ISSUE WITH ME AS OF THIS WRITING!
