The management is abismal! This company seeks to cheat residents. They claim $ 99 as their app fee which they claimed will be applied to your deposit. The deposit will equal the base rate of the unit you want. But when you leave. They will claim only the $99 as the deposit. And then claim there damage totalling ther amount. There have been several instances where maintenance had to be repeatedly contacted to repair the same issues repeatedly. Their laundry room has problems of water back up when in use. The streets are full of potholes. They have insect and rodent infestations. Including bed bugs! Do NOT rent from them!
