I warn you to NOT live here. This place is full of criminals and is falling apart. The maintenance crew is so far behind on work orders they can't keep up. They can't pay vendors or their own bills. Their water keeps going out, their electricity on property goes out due to non payments. Theres been a few murders over there this year alone already. Seriously look it up.
