The place is in a very good location but the management is horrible!! It's like living in a senior citizens retirement home!! It should be laid back but management seems to think everyone should be in bed and asleep by nine o'clock. No washers or driers can be used after Nine, unless you pay twenty dollars a load!! and please never ever talk too loudly!! Maybe they should go back to being a section eight apartment building and let old low income people rent space because they are getting money from low income trash that still resides here!! You can definitely find more cost effective and cheaper places closer to ivy tech and other schools!! Trust me! I wasted an entire years living expenses while in college at this place and will regret having done so for a long time to come!!
