In Indianapolis, you will have a hard time finding better location, amenities, and overall quality for a better price. The building is awesome and the grounds are well-maintained. Almost every visitor I have mentions how impressive the front lobby is.The location is good for commuters (easy drive to any side of the city) and for those interested in night life (downtown and Broad Ripple are a quick Uber ride away for around $5 and $8). The surrounding neighborhood isn't great but I have never felt unsafe and the area stays quiet aside from street traffic. The only complaint I have is that the AC units can be loud for apartments facing inwards with the windows open. As for the building manager, who I have read a few complaints about, she has always seemed friendly and genuinely concerned with the residents and condition of the amenities/grounds/etc. In fact, when I was using the exercise room last fall she came in and asked for my input on what improvements could be made to the equipment. I have never had an isssue with her or any other property employees. I always recommend the Marott to anyone looking for a good place to live in Indy.
