Please do not move to this apartment complex. I never used to listen to apartment reviews but this one is serious. I have only lived here for 5 months and I am so fed up with this apartment complex. I have experienced a broke dishwasher, microwave, AC, water heater, and a sink that has been leaking since I moved in. There are rodents that run around in the rafters, bugs inside the apartments and in the common areas. NONE of these issues were addressed in a timely manner, and when the maintenance man FINALLY decided to waddle over, he used my bathroom as his own...literally the seat was up and there were ---- stains in my toilet!!! I am a woman, I do not put the seat up and I was gone all day. To top it all off they claim this is a drug free complex which is a total lie. When my downstairs neighbors moved in they smoked so much marijuana that I could smell it INSIDE my upstairs apartment. Did they address is? NO!!! So seriously DO NOT pay to live here. The rent is cheap for a reason. Save yourself a year of hell
