This property is just ok. Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Not maintained well, old finishes just covered in layers of paint, linoleum and matted carpet throughout. Location is why I stay! it is zoo quiet over here, no issues, great neighbors! Asst Manager however, is so unprofessional! The office staff in general is very mediocre in ability, personality, professionalism, appearance etc which just speaks to the training and compensation by the property management company. The property manager is actually not that bad but her flunkey assistant manager needs to be fired. Ive been living here for years and I miss the old assistant manager! This new girl ---- is not pleasant at all. She never has any answers and probably piles crap onto her property manager's desk every week. She has a very dry and almost rude disposition after she's gotten you to lease here. And her appearance Well her hair is always a different variation of ugly from ------ colors, cuts etc. She is never doing anything besides sitting at her desk, on the phone or internet overtime i go in there and she acts like everything is a bother and rolls her yes etc. Im sorry people like that do not need to work with the general public if putting a smile on their face is painful. Maintenance staff is actually not bad and are actually quite pleasant and professional. 2 stars is the most id give it. Just living here now because of my financial situation.
