I actually thought things were going to start looking better for Park Central North Apts. I left and came back, and when I came back, Esther came back. Now once again she is leaving, the best that Park Central has ever had. The first time she left, I seen leasing agent/managers come and go. It was ridiculous! The reason for me coming back was truly the space that Park Central offers. But you know what I will not be signing another lease here. You had a very caring and professional worker, that treated her residents with compassion and respect. Once again I came back due to space, however, there are no amenities NONE! The only thing offered is the pool, and also it is obvious the owner chooses not to put in work into the apts. The carpet in every building has been there for God knows how long! I'm done, I dont want to be around again going thru several leasing agent/managers. I believe that this property will continue to go down, and the owner will never invest into his property or his residents.
