I actually lived in Park Central for the last six yrs. I left after my lease. I shopped around for four months looking for a place that offered the space of Park Central while staying in the same price range. Unfortunately I was unable to find both. I am currently back at Park Central North, and plan on being her for a long while. (unless I find a house) I can't seem to find the space that is offered here. here.
