Office Staff
I must start out by saying the apartments are huge and we loved the space. While being a resident there for a couple of years, we first started to notice if we called over for something that needed maintenance it would take the longest if they even showed to repair the problem! We also had to make several calls to the office as almost needing to remind them that there was still a issue that had not been repaired!! Chelsea the rental office manager most of the time seemed overwhelmed and would reply with the work orders were backed up and they only had 2 repair staff... This went on on until we were notified of new management and Leasing office staff would be changing. The newest leasing agent Diane is even worse!! Same behavior as before, but at least Chelsea would return your phone calls. Diana however doesn't even bother which as a resident I find this to be horrible! The upgrades in the community came about, which included washer and dryer hookups in apartments and also a gated front for entry. Thought at this point things would turn around but it seemed like tent climbed and residents were moving out and in place of them leaving it looks like they were then letting anyone in the complex... I finally decided to move mainly because of the leasing office staff and things just simply going over looked.. When your a resident in a community you want to feel valued and that your concerns are being addressed not ignored and avoided... I would say it's the largest floor plans around but not worth the headache of the staff and crazy rent prices....
