Overall, we like our apartment, good size, good price, good fit for our family. But, we haven't always loved the complex, the staff, or the slow maintenance, among other little things that are wrong with our apartment, like an A/C unit that breaks down a few times every summer. Some of the neighbors are messy (dogs and trash) and disrespectful about property. Our kid's tricycle was found broken one morning because some older kids decided to take it from our front porch and play with it.
