Kelly, thank you for your feedback and for also bringing this to our attention. Since our email conversation, we have re-energized the team with our snow removal best practices and procedures. Additionally, safety and security are of utmost importance, but can't be guaranteed regardless of neighborhood. CityWay currently employs a team of Courtesy Officers who walk the property nightly, report & handle any issues, and respond to resident concerns. We strongly encourage you utilizing that team for any concerns you might have. You can reach out to them by calling our main line and listening to the prompts. As always, constructive feedback is welcomed and we are working hard to institute positive changes based on that feedback.

Also, we have a new urgent care facility arriving next year as well! I am sorry that you experienced some frustration regarding our company's lock our procedure.
