YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER
After 6 months, I am still waiting on the repairs sought on my move in checklist. The rent is paid every month on time. The management is more concerned with their bottom line than in making the place live up to what the staff claims prior to your lease signing. It must be noted that the ownership is comprised of a private owner. The community needs quite a bit of work. It’s falling apart. Leaks are abundant, so buy a few buckets before you move in for preparedness sake. The maintenance guys are nice, but it will take a while before they visit. Customer service ceases to exist in the office after the lease is signed. This attitude extends to the community manager. There are also quite a few reckless kids in the complex. Keep an eye on any belongings that must be left outside. Expect that many of your neighbors will not speak English, so you may want to do your homework for the sake of communication. This dump gets failing marks on just about everything, except for the friendliness of maintenance – ONCE THEY FINALLY VISIT. This place also charges for both sewer and water usage. Those charges can rack up if you shower and flush regularly. ??? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Share This Review
