I've lived at River Ridge for over two years now, just entering into my third lease. The staff is very helpful anytime an issue comes up. They are also very personable whenever I speak with them walking around the neighborhood or at the pool in the summer. Maintenance is also always very quick to respond and resolves any issues within a couple of days. The grounds are always kept very well and the complex feels very safe. There is a gate to enter the neighborhood, I've never felt uncomfortable being outside at any time. Overall I would highly recommend River Ridge, this is a fantastic community in a great area. You can walk to a couple bars or restaurants near by and it is a short drive to many other areas as well.
