When I moved into this community three years ago I was so impressed, but within the last year I am so incredibly disappointed. There is not enough maintenance staff. Jason and Luis are amazing and work soo hard, but are they the only ones working? I've had to wait a week or more for fixes on my apartment. Sometimes I just fix things myself, such as dishwasher, because nobody ever comes. My water heater has set on fire four times and I have been informed that they will not replace the water heater. I have seen several reviews and reports of others apartments setting on fire due to their water heaters as well. Management won't get on the phone with me, let alone meet with me, regarding the issue to see if we can get it resolved. They just patch up the water heater and hope it doesn't happen again. Two weekends ago there were 10 cop cars with dogs outside my apartment and the community didn't issue a statement or address the issue. The police officers came into all of the apartments on the road that the crime was committed on even. Not to mention that the abandoned car was outside my apartment, blocking my car. In addition to the general unpleasant nature of management, the place has become quite the eye sore. The roads need to be repaved - giant pot holes fill the streets and are never filled all year. There are massive blind spots as you drive around the community that result in car wrecks with residents. There is never enough parking either. Please invest the thousands and thousands of dollars we are paying in rent to update the apartments and fix these issues.
